I’m signed up, but not receiving your newsletter. What can I do?
The most common cause for this is: our mails are getting blocked by your spamfilter. Make sure you add email@example.com to your green list. If this doesn’t solve the problem you may have miss-spelled your email address. Try to sign up again and make sure you use the correct address.
I purchased on of your products, but after I completed my payment I wasn’t automatically forwarded to the premium memberpage to download the materials. What do I do?
This sometimes happens due to pop-up blockers or fire-walls. they can prevent you from being automatically forwarded. Not to worry though. After a purchase you immediately receive an additional email with a download link. It’s probably waiting in you inbox right now. If you also did not receive this email, send us a message at Info@hellosaxophone.com include your name and email address and we will send you a download link right away.
Also make sure to check you spambox! Firewalls are very aggressive these days (especially gmail and hormail) and it happens often that our first emails end up in your spambox.

All our emails have an easy unsubscribe link in the bottom. Simply click this link and it’s done.
Can I reach Florian Rooz?
Absolutely! I have a lot of people writing me every week and I do my best to answer some of your questions in my newsletters. I may email you back personally and I may also answer via a facebook post or with a new video lesson. Please realise though that it’s just not possible for me to write everyone back personally.

Are there any subscription fee’s?
No. All our products are one-time purchases only.
I lost my copy and can’t find the email with the download link. What do I do?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and the email address you used to purchase the product. If you mention “Lost download link” in the subject of your email, we can help you faster. We will send you a new download link quickly.
